P4P merch

What is P4P?
P4P stands for pay-for-production. All payments received for the merch I make is only put towards the production of the goods themselves and nothing else.
Due to the rules of JJWXC and MXTX I make no profit from this; all funds for the P4P goes towards the making of the items and sending them onto buyers. There is no extra leftover profit.Costs include: Cost of items made by the manufacturer, shipping from the manu, PayPal/payment processor fees, commission fees, packaging costs.What fandoms do you make merch of?

(If you need to let go of them for any reason, please discuss with me first!)I hope you buy the items because you really like and want them, and plan to keep them for a while.This probably goes without saying, but if you don't like me for any reason, please don't buy from me!❤OrdersFor acrylics (& other items) P4Ps, a flat £0.30 'shipping fee' is added on to each order when checking out via the BigCartel storefront.
This is to cover the base PayPal/Stripe fees that are included on all transactions made.Shipping to yourself will be calculated separately for everyone as a second payment, once I have received the items.❤P4P progress and updatesI will provide updates as much as possible, mainly via email - I will update Twitter and other social media pages too if there are any other major updates.Production can take several months!

Group orders

What is a GO?A GO is a group order, usually organised by a 'manager' (GOM) for a certain country/region, to help other fans receive items that are hard to get, or mainly to save on shipping.What GOs do you do?Mainly any danmei items (books, merch etc) and some miscellaneous items.Danmei merch I can help with is P4P fan merch and official merch.I can do GOs for any country e.g. China, Japan, USA, other Asian and international countries, as long as it's possible for me to do so.How do GOs work?In a GO, you will fill out a Google form to take part (once it is posted).You will need to provide your information and the items you want to purchase in the form - you will then receive an email for confirmation and/or payments to be collected.Then you only need to wait until I receive the items to ship out to you.CostsThe only costs involved is payment for the items (to be sent to the maker/store to purchase the goods), shipping to me and then finally, shipping to you which will include the shipping fee + packaging costs.I make no fees or profits from this.❤GO requestsI am open to requests for hosting GO, please contact me to discuss.GO is for convenience and saving money, so I would need to check if it would be worthwhile too! GO information

I can order anything that is possible to ship and doesn't break shipping regulations.Payments can be made via any method most suitable for you, e.g PayPal and Wise.Process:
You will need to provide your address details in the GO form, however when it comes time to ship to you, I will always ask you to reconfirm your address to make sure I have the most correct and up-to-date information at the time of shipping.Holding items:
I accept holds for users (keeping your items once I receive them to combine with other GOs) within reason.For Europe/international, this is until whenever I reach the max small parcel limit, or however long you would like to keep your items held before it reaches the parcel limit.For UK this is only possible if there are several GOs arriving closely after each other.Refunds:I cannot provide any refunds once the items have been paid for!
The money goes to the maker/store and is out of my hands, I cannot return this to you if for any reason you no longer want it or want to drop out of the GO.Shipping:I will provide different shipping options when it is time to ship to you, but please know that I am not responsible for anything that happens to the package (if I have completed everything correctly on my end) once it leaves my hands.If you do not respond to the shipping emails for your items within 2 weeks then your items will be forfeited with no refund!❤Please make sure to check and read your emails regularly - check in your junk/spam folders too!
